Costs vary from year to year and are subject to change due to seasonal price increases, specific itinerary items, number of travelers, and other factors. The cost is typically aboubt $3,500 for students and $3,900 for adults/parents. 

The cost of the trip includes

• round-trip air transportation
• air-conditioned charter bus while on tour
• hotel accommodations
• breakfast and dinner daily
• full-time Tour Director support (Tour Directors accompany us from the time we land in Boston until we depart from Washington, DC)
• daily activities, tours, entrances to attractions
• overnight security on each floor of the hotel we occupy
• gratuities
• illness and accident coverage.

Additional costs include

• two travel meals (breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day 8)
• lunches
• luggage fees (if checking luggage with the airline)
• spending money – each traveler’s budget and spending habits are different, but it’s suggested that travelers bring around $20-$40 per day for spending money
• $40 will be collected for each traveler to purchase t-shirts (2 per traveler), bottled water, lanyards, first aid kits, etc.
